Responsibilities:

  • Point person to communicate with key vendors and Accounting
  • Work with the Leaderships team to develop new strategies and streamline procedures
  • Communicate with Leaders, Associates and vendors to provide support, resolve issues and ensure goals are met
  • Work closely with the Warehouse, Sites, Purchasing and Accounting to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Inventory Control
  • Scheduling
  • Administrative duties such as job time tracking and cost analysis
  • Directly manage the Special Teams Leaders and provide full support to all team members
  • Oversight of project quote acquisitions and budgeting
  • Prioritize and organize projects/tasks for all Special Teams departments
  • Maintain full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
  • Creating budgets aligned with guidelines, and ensure budgets and timelines are met

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Relevant post-secondary credentials preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of renovation experience or supervision of a construction team
  • Extensive maintenance service experience preferred
  • Construction background required with solid experience in drywall, carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing and renovations

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in estimating and project scheduling
  • Computer proficiency including learning/using proprietary software, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong hands-on approach to leadership by example
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and Associates
  • Consistently high attention to detail and quality
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Accountable for all actions and decisions, with consistent follow-through to achieve resolutions
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to learn and adapt, and be flexible in nature

  • Champion consistently safe working practices

Additional Details:

  • Vehicle and valid driver's license with driving experience required
  • Clean driver's abstract required
