Competitive Salary: $83,000-$86,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure consistency in food preparation, create innovative menus, and maintain high-quality standards.
Lead daily briefings, mentor colleagues, and manage scheduling to optimize kitchen productivity.
Engage with guests, collaborate with venue managers for feedback, and enhance dining experiences.
Manage food inventory, control costs, and oversee procurement while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
Uphold health, sanitation, and safety policies, ensuring adherence to ALLSAFE protocols.
