Pursuit is seeking a passionate and experienced hotelier to lead lodging operations across Banff and Waterton. This is a career advancing opportunity to transform three landmark hotels into best-in-class hospitality experiences.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, Banff, this role oversees the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of our current, and future, hotels in the Banff Area (defined as south of Columbia Icefields). With a deep understanding of hotels, food & beverage, and guest service excellence, this role is responsible for leading Rooms, Housekeeping, Facilities, Food & Beverage, Hotel Accounting, and Programming. Additionally, this role will benefit from collaborating with Pursuit's support services in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, People & Culture, Health & Safety, Hospitality Excellence, Food & Beverage, Retail, Programming, Sustainability, and IT.

Oversee hotel operations, ensuring seamless integration and execution across all departments.
Create best-in-class experiences across hotels, dining, and competitive standalone.
Inspire hospitality excellence: know it and motivate the team to achieve it.
Plan each touchpoint in the guest journey to be thoughtful, personalized, and memorable.
Create innovative guest experience strategies that align with vision, brand, and business objectives.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities, guest experiences, and employee engagement and lead continuous enhancements.
