We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Boston Pizza Seton team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Operations: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff and resolving guest issues promptly.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and food costs.
- Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Food safety certification
- Passion for the hospitality industry
