THE POSITION

Reporting to the Director, New Season Ticket Sales, as an Account Executive you will be responsible for season ticket sales, mini-packs and engaging with a variety of community-based and corporate partners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identifying and prospecting new clients;
  • Making sales calls and qualifying clients leading to potential sales opportunities;
  • Scheduling meetings as needed and conducting presentations of season ticket products;
  • Providing superior and professional customer service;
  • Performing game-day duties as required and also hosting/entertaining clients;
  • Attending assigned community events promoting tailored ticket offers;
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned;
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales goals;
  • Performing related duties as assigned.
  • Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies;
  • All other duties as assigned.

THE INDIVIDUAL

The ideal candidate will have the following background:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;
  • One to three years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment;
  • Must be customer-focused and driven with the ability to build and maintain client relationship;
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment;
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Strong sales processes, from first engagement to close of sale;
  • Ability to learn quickly and receptive to new ideas and processes;
  • Facility with computerized systems, including commitment to maintaining computerized records of all touchpoints with clients and prospects with our CRM system;
  • Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Flexible to meet changing work needs and demands;
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
