Job Summary

How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for directing and supervising all activities of the Lounge. The position involves planning and organizing all aspects of day-to-day lounge.

As a Lounge Supervisor, you will:

  • Be responsible for executing and managing all functions of the lounge
  • Maintain accurate weekly inventory of alcohol and other food items as required
  • Ensure that appropriate quality standards and practices are in place
  • Adhere daily to Key Performance Indicators to ensure client expectations are continuously
  • being met
  • Responsible for addressing customer concerns and questions in a timely and professional
  • Assists with scheduling as required
  • Conduct team meetings to update, educate and engage associates

About you:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in the hospitality industry in a supervisory/management role
  • You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
  • Front and back of house experience
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to use restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Decisive and critical thinker, problem solver
