THE POSITION

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and executing planned ticketing sales marketing campaigns, focusing on digital advertising platforms, and coordinating the production and trafficking of advertising assets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performance Marketing: Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Specialists and Brand Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns for multiple teams within CSEC.
  • Digital Advertising: Assist in deploying creative assets, setting up campaigns, and contributing ad copy on various digital advertising platforms both external and internal.
  • Advertising Asset Management: Assists in trafficking advertising assets and assist in developing various creative assets, including print, digital, OOH, radio, and television.
  • Asset and File Management: Assist is maintaining and archiving campaign assets.
  • Reporting: Some limited assistance with data entry and tracking on department reports.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in coordinating campaign marketing content for emails to the brands' marketable fan database.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.

    THE INDIVIDUAL

    The ideal candidate will have the following background:

    • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
    • Digital Advertising Platforms: Strong working knowledge of multiple digital advertising platforms, with experience of at least one of Meta advertising and/or Google advertising platform.
    • Copywriting/Communications: Background in copywriting or communications is an asset.
    • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset.
    • Multitasking: Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring optimal development and timely completion of all required tasks.
    • Detailed orientated and a track record of being highly organized.
