The Guest Experience Department principally assists all guests by providing information on Columbia Icefield and Pursuit, services and amenities; by promoting and selling all of our related products and services, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests throughout their adventure. The role of the Guest Experience Lead Hand is to assist the Guest Experience Leadership Team with supporting, coaching, and encouraging Guest Experience Agents to provide upbeat and professional service that goes above and beyond our guests' expectations. The Lead Hand position will support all facets of the Guest Experience department in a "hands-on" manner by jumping in to help in any or all of the job components of a Guest Experience Agent.
The starting salary for this position is $19.50 per hour.
