The starting wage for this position is $20.00/hour.

What will you do in this job?

  • Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing and ensuring all safety procedures are followed. Leading by example with a safety- first mentality.
  • Help display, support, train new lift operators to provide an interactive and professional experience that aligns with world-class and ultimate host standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and work as part of the team to ensure all operational needs are communicated and met each day.
  • Help to cover the front-line lift operations role. Adapt to changing needs to provide support and coverage.
  • Report and collaborate with the Lift Operations management.
  • Lead by example and create/ maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues, handle customer concerns and react quickly and professionally.
  • Act as the manager on duty including opening and closing the property, perform safety checks and test flights.
  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Maintain daily operating and cleaning logs and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
  • Adapt to high-pressure situations including operational issues, weather delays and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of operational and emergency policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a First-Aid responder and assist with general property cleanliness.
  • Staff transportation driver as needed.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Proven leadership or supervisory skills.
  • Previous lift operations or guide experience an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class 4 Alberta driver’s license is an asset
  • Strong customer service, organizational and computer skills.
  • Secondary language skills are an asset.
