The Maintenance & operations admin assistant role provides for general administrative support for Maligne lake operations and maintenance dept. More specially directly oversees all administrative aspects of our fleet and equipment parts management, work order generation, assignment, tracking and follow up. Has a comprehensive knowledge of use and management of our parts inventory & work order system, ensuring our parts room in maintained and stocked effectively to meet operational needs for the season. Supports in other general administrative duties as assigned including updating and maintaining Purchase order tracking and PO assignment/spend authorizations, obtaining purchase quotes as directed and following up with vendors as required.
