What will you do in this job?
- Participate in all guest experience interactions related to photo concession facilities.
- Assisting with ticket sales, combo packages, questions, directions, and guidance in visiting our sister attractions and the Canadian Rockies
- Using a computerized ticketing systems to issue and process guest ticket
- Handles cash and credit transactions
- Validates tickets prior to boarding
- Performs crowd management
- Solicits guest feedback
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing employee skills
- Strong customer focus providing friendly, professional and efficient service
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate high levels of positive energy and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required)
