WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Create an exceptional dining experience for all our Café guests by ensuring our kitchen is well-stocked and sparkling clean. This includes ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless. It also involves restocking fridges and shelves and making sure our Culinary Creators have everything they need to feed the town. Overall, your mission is simple: keep our kitchen in immaculate shape so we can deliver a kick-ass culinary experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment with precision, making sure they're ready to rock the next meal.
• Restock fridges and shelves using food safety methods and standards.
• Maintain a squeaky clean kitchen by cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces, mopping floors, and upkeeping the day-to-day Kitchen cleaning duties and support with deep cleaning duties.
• Create and contribute to a collaborative and energetic work environment. (psst...if you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong!)
• Follow all standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen is an asset. Training will be provided to those who are new to this industry.
• A passion for cleanliness and willingness to learn.
• A keen eye for detail and a knack for multitasking, because in our kitchen, there's never a dull moment.
• Coffee breaks don't take a break! We're open seven days a week in the summer and are looking for team members with availability to work weekends and holidays.

OTHER INFORMATION

• As the Café operates seven days a week, scheduling requirements will include weekends and statutory holidays.
