ROLE: Assistant to Event Manager and Event Coordinator, third in command in department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.

§ Ability to coach standards in a positive manor

§ Is fully trained on Event Manager's role and responsibilities

§ Able to take on Event Manager's role due to illness or vacation

§ Understands and practices all booking procedures

§ Fully understands and follows all sales procedures
