CLASSIFICATION: Ticket seller/Guest Services/Receptionist
TOTAL REQUIRED: 2 (two) Full time
4 (four) Part time
PAY RATE: As per contract
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Dependable, alert, intelligent, capable of learning new skills, and able to follow instructions
• Able to remain friendly and cheerful while dealing with the public
• Knowledge and experience reconciling and working with money and payment systems
• Capable of working in high-pressure situations while dealing with the public
• Self-motivated person who can work productively, regardless of supervision
• Able to answer phones, write emails, direct messages, and communicate effectively
• Able to positively represent Kimberley Alpine Resort
• Depending on scheduling needs, high availability to work weekends and/or holidays, and also prepared for working very few hours during slow times
• Neat, clean and well-groomed
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Interest and knowledge of snow sports, such as skiing and snowboarding
• Flexible availability for short-notice shifts
• Experience with point-of-sale systems
