Come Grow with Us! Forsite is actively recruiting a highly organized and proactive Conference and Social Media Coordinator. This position is an office-based role, located in Salmon Arm, BC.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop Social Media campaigns and deliverables for multiple brands
• Coordinates conference materials and logistics, including travel bookings for attendees;
• Filing and records management;
• Assisting with phone support; and
• Other duties as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Post-secondary education in marketing or business administration an asset;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests while able to meet tight deadlines;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel), experience with Adobe Suite is an asset;
• Experience coordinating social media campaigns with Hootsuite and directly in LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram; and
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics.
