Summing it up

• The Housekeeping team members are the heart of the operation as they work to elevate the guests lodging experience. The Housekeeping Supervisor is a hands-on working role that ensures that guest suites and public areas are clean and properly presented for guests. While positioned operationally behind the scenes, this role often has guest interactions and opportunities to promote a positive image of the property to guests by being friendly, professional and able to address problems or special requests.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure guest room quality checks are carried out in accordance with True Key Hotels & Resorts standards.
• Familiarize yourself with the responsibilities and duties of all positions within housekeeping.
• Assist the housekeeping team during peak periods.
• Helping to keep guest & common areas bright, fresh and immaculately clean.
• Report, track & communicate any physical or material damage to guest areas and inform the Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure the safety & confidentiality of owners, guests and employees.

Who you are

• At least 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ability to anticipate and deliver guests needs enhancing their home-away-from-home experience.
• Passionate towards cleaning and delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work to bend, crouch, climb stairs and being in motion for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver's license.
