At Canucks Sports & Entertainment, we are excited to be in the business of creating memorable moments for our fans and guests. We are now inviting enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our team and be part of the excitement during Canucks games and Warriors games at Rogers Arena and Abbotsford Centre. We can't wait to meet you!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Canucks Sports & Entertainment (CSE) is now seeking talented performers to be part-time mascots who will perform at games and events representing CSE's sports teams. This could include the Vancouver Canucks, Abbotsford Canucks, and/or the Vancouver Warriors. To see our Legends Big Head Mascots in action, click here! A typical day in the life of a CSE mascot includes:

  • Provide on-ice or on-field assistance during games and other events
  • Participate in entertainment elements of home games and other events, including in-stand promotions and concourse activities
  • Attend and participate in community events on non-game days as available
  • Other duties as required

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • A high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform in costume for several hours at a time
  • Ability to handle props and tools while in costume
  • Friendly, approachable, outgoing, and confident personality that enjoys working with fans of all ages
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays performances and in-game promotions, as required by team schedule
  • Valid class 5 driver's license

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

  • A background in dance and/or gymnastics
  • Knowledge of and a passion for professional hockey and lacrosse
  • Competent skating ability in hockey skates (an asset)
