Providing daily essentials such as fresh bread or creating that perfect cake for a special occasion, our bakery department teams touch the lives of our customers each and every day.
Are you interested in taking it to the next level? Our bakeries continue to incorporate "from scratch" recipes among our product offering, giving our bakers an opportunity to utilize and hone their baking skills on a daily basis. Like all of our store employees, bakery employees have the opportunity to learn about, and participate in numerous areas of retailing with many career growth options. What you have to offer:

  • Previous bakery retail experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, policies and practices is an asset
  • Post-secondary certification is an asset
  • Classification as a registered apprentice or certified journeyman baker is an asset
  • Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
