Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Security Manager, this position is responsible for protecting the Company's assets while being a welcoming ambassador to the Casino. Security Officers will protect all guests and team members against theft, fraud, vandalism and abuse while delivering the highest level of service and respect to patrons and colleagues. This position will perform several varying duties throughout their shift, including controlling access to the facility and sensitive areas, escorting visitors, assisting departments, lost and found, and monitoring and recording within a daily log and assigned notebook. They may also be required to provide first aid and medical attention . Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
