Key Accountabilities

• Informs guests of any daily specials
• Explains how various menu items or beverages are prepared
• Takes guests orders and makes recommendations
• Serves the guests and checks to ensure satisfaction
• Prepares food or beverages if applicable
• Resolves guests issues or asks management for assistance
• Presents bill upon request and takes payment
• Cleans tables or counters, removes dishes and re-stocks where applicable
• Performs opening or closing duties as required
• Covers other servers' sections as required
• Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience
• Serving it Right Certification
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely and effective and service oriented communication
• POS and Squirrel experience
• Ability to work in a team environment, strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for providing an excellent experience for our guests
• A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
• Possess a high level of honesty and integrity
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Able to successfully obtain and maintain a gaming worker license

Work Environment Considerations

• Regular casino environment, standing and walking for long periods of time, and non-traditional work hours
