The Senior Director of Snow and Bike School at Whistler Blackcomb (WB) will drive the success of the Skier Services Division incorporating the Snow and Bike school. Reporting to the VP and COO Whistler Blackcomb, this role is expected to deliver an Experience of a Lifetime to guests and employees. Specific strengths and focus areas of the role include leadership and development of large teams; excellent financial and business acumen; strong communication and networking skills, an Enterprise-mindset and a flawless safety performance. The Senior Director is both a resort-oriented leader, and serves as an enterprise Vail Resort's leader, developing, influencing and driving execution of company-wide initiatives across 42 resorts. As a member of the Whistler Blackcomb's Senior Leadership Team, the position complements in the development, communication and implementation of Whistler Blackcomb's goals & initiatives.
