As the Tavern United Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action. From generating event-day excitement to daily operations, you'll ensure our guests have an unforgettable time. Your leadership will drive success, boost team morale, and keep the energy high.

• Game-Day / Event Day Excellence: Coordinate game-day events, manage crowd flow, and create an electric atmosphere during live sports broadcasts.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide our team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Menu Innovation: Collaborate with our chef to curate a sports-inspired menu that keeps fans coming back for more.
• Promotions and Events: Plan themed nights, trivia contests, and sports-related promotions to engage our community.
• Inventory Management: Keep our bar stocked with fan-favorite drinks, craft beers, and signature cocktails.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, whether they're celebrating a victory or consoling a defeat.
• Actively approach sports teams and enroll them to the Team Sponsorship.
• Manage and promote the Tavern United on Social Media Platforms.

• At least 1 year experience in restaurant or pub management.
• Passion for sports and a keen eye for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to read and understand financial operating statements and reports
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask during peak hours.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
