Assistant General Manager

An Assistant Restaurant General Manager supports the General Manager in daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing inventory and financial aspects of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
Supervising and motivating staff to ensure high performance and positive work environment.
Addressing employee concerns and issues.
Operational Management:
Overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Assisting with budgeting and financial record-keeping.

Other duties:
