The City of Cambridge, Recreation and Culture Division is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals, with exceptional customer service skills to work in our facilities and at outdoor events. Tasks may include opening and closing of facilities, providing general information, assisting facility users and performing simple janitorial and maintenance tasks and assisting with set up and take down at events.
Preference is given to grade 12 students or higher
Standard First Aid and CPRC and AED
Minimum two months experience working in a similar environment.
• An interest or discipline in the activity through volunteering or participation is an asset
The hourly rate for this non-union casual position is $17.20 per hour.
Hours may include evenings, weekdays or weekends and are dependent on the number of participants taking part in our programs; as such, there are no minimum hours associated with this position.
