Are you looking for a role that will challenge you? If you answered yes, this may be the role for you! The ERM Zone is tasked with executing all activities related to ERM Zone. The Junior Supervisor will effectively lead and supervise employees through direction provided by a qualified Job Supervisor. Accountable to their work group manager, the Junior Supervisor assists the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring equipment, resources, and support groups are operated and maintained in compliance with CNL's procedures and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the Junior Supervisor will uphold management's expectations for safe work practices, address performance and time management issues, and enforce consequences for not adhering to safe work practices at job sites. Working under the guidance of a Maintenance, Supervisor the Junior Supervisor will ensure completion of all paperwork, adherence to procedures, and compliance with safety regulations. They will also provide planning, oversight, and support for both routine and non-routine work activities to maintain the structures and operating systems of the Facility.
