The Opportunity:

Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Partner Marketing Specialist, you will provide administrative support and manage all contractual obligations and processes pertaining to product marketing plans. The position reports to the Director, Product Support, and will be located in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support as needed for all product marketing-related activities.
• Prepare Tourist Board and Hotel Media Plans and manage the execution and reconciliation of agreed Marketing activities.
• Work closely with Marketing department and specifically, the Graphic Designers on development of visual materials supporting all marketing coop plans.
• Manage all coop receivables and ensure reconciliation of all media plans is completed in an accurate and timely fashion, providing all relevant back up for Proof of Performance (POP).
• Secure advertising funds for Sunwing Vacations Group’s brochures and other publications such as Weddings magazine.
• Manage Invoicing & collections with accounting, ensure reports are in place.
• Communicate and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure accurateness of all relevant coop advertising.
• Follow up internally and with outside suppliers to ensure that the pre-requisite guidelines of our co-op partners are followed with respect to the execution of agreed plans.
• Manage all creative approvals within the brand standard guidelines as set out by each partner.
• Maintain relationship with the existing contacts and develop new key accounts contacts.
• Develop and maintain relationships/communication with existing and prospective external partners.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• One (1) to three (3) years of work-related experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Must possess excellent administration skills and PC Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Ability to work with minimal direction to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
• Must be very organized, with a strong ability to multitask and work well under pressure
