Job Summary

Are you passionate about golf and looking for an exciting administrative role? The Seasonal Golf Clerical Assistant position offers you the opportunity to provide vital administrative support across two beautiful golf courses, Braeben and Lakeview. Join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our golf courses during the golf season, while enjoying the unique experience of working at two of the area's top golf destinations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance in support of the programs and services offered at both Braeben and Lakeview Golf Courses.
  • Assist in the accurate input and maintenance of SAP payroll records.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks and reconcile bill tracking.
  • Verify daily sales reports and help prepare daily revenue reports.
  • Reconcile golf green fee promotions and pass card tracking.
  • Perform a variety of additional clerical tasks as assigned, ensuring the efficient operation of both courses.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of Grade 12 education.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Emergency First Aid Certification required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Point of Sale (POS) software is essential.
  • Must be comfortable traveling between Braeben and Lakeview Golf Courses (two days at Braeben, one day at Lakeview).

Hourly Rate/Salary: $19.22 - $22.84
Hours of Work: Up to 24
