The Coordinator, Technical Services handles the event specific details of a production, as well as the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the production systems and infrastructure. During the preproduction phase, Coordinators are evaluating system effectiveness and designing changes alongside coordinating repairs to ensure all systems are operating at full efficiency. Coordinating repairs and sourcing rental equipment to ensure continuity of service for all clients.
Coordinators work with the client to ensure that production needs are documented, and equipment and budget impacts have been identified. Coordinators also provide venue tours and guidance on production elements to ensure a seamless event.
The Technical Coordinators must demonstrate expert level proficiency in one production related discipline and have an advanced understanding to provide oversight of the technical production teams as they execute event plans during festivals and events. Working with the Supervisor, Technical Services they ensure that all required documentation has been submitted and approved, and that all post-event reports and evaluations are submitted according to established timelines.
