The Successful Candidate will:

Deck Attendant:
Monitor swim participants for safe use of water slide and assists lifeguards in . maintaining a safe aquatic environment by scanning, enforcing rules, admission standards, and completing regular facility safety checks to ensure compliance with public health regulations.
Follow direction from lifeguards in the event of an emergency first aid situation and act as support team in managing the public.
Use excellent customer service skills to resolve conflicts or concerns from program participants and the public, or refer to the appropriate staff.
Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Aquatics Assistant Instructor only:
Current Lifesaving Society Assistant Swim Instructor or Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor award is required.
Current High Five (Principles of Healthy Child Development) certification required.
