The job involves:

ñ Serving of food and beverages in both the fine dining restaurant and lounge

ñ Suggesting dinner courses, appropriate wines and answering questions regarding food preparation

ñ Taking food and beverage orders from guests, garnishing and decorating dishes and serving meals

to guests according to established rules of etiquette

ñ Routine table maintenance, polishing silverware, glassware and other duties assigned

ñ Maintaining cleanliness of dining room and service areas

ñ Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest's needs

ñ Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels

ñ Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties

ñ Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

ñ Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume fine dining room

ñ Smart Serve certification

ñ Knowledge of health and safety standards within a food and beverage environment

ñ Exceptional knowledge of local and international wines, spirits, beers, and premium food products

ñ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills

ñ Proficiency in using Micros software
