The job involves:

• Preparing all dishes from raw to finished state
• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest's needs
• Rotating stock, receiving orders and storing product
• Ensuring proper safe food handling and sanitation procedures; maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, move equipment and other items as needed
• Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years' of wok experience working in a premium and fast-paced Asian restaurant
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and verbal); English (conversational)
• Food Safe Handling certificate
• Strong knife handling skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Basic math knowledge
