The team at Bayview Village Wellness Centre located in North York, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Office Manager on a full-time temporary basis (this is a maternity leave coverage).

The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk staff and the professional team.

SCHEDULE:

  • 37.50 hours per week
  • 5 days per week (coverage maybe required on weekends)
  • Temporary Position, start date will be October 2024 to October 2025 (subject to change)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2 years of experience is required in office management or 5 years in office administration
  • Experience with Jane management software is considered an asset
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
