- Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency
- Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
- Esthetic diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of skincare lines and products
- Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility - available evenings and weekends
- Strong team player
- Dermalogica or Clarity Rx product line trained an asset
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
