You Have:

• Strong knowledge mobilization and translation skills, including writing and content generation, strategic planning and presentation development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and engagement strategies.
• Project and program management experience, including managing committees and conferences.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of the medical profession culture and its impact on physician wellness
• Experience in leading working groups to guide the development and execution of activities.
• Experience in health workforce well-being, occupational health and safety, an asset
