Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to head our Stewarding Department. This role goes beyond maintaining cleanliness, it requires a visionary who can drive change, set high standards, and hold teams accountable. As a key partner to the Executive Chef, you will spearhead innovation, implement new service standards, and elevate operational excellence. Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills are essential to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
