Job Description
The Kitchen Department is currently looking for a First Cook. This position involves delegating tasks and ensuring high quality preparation of all food items in a timely manner. The successful candidate is a dedicated, passionate individual who is knowledgeable; customer service oriented and with al proven demonstrated abilities in a professional kitchen.

As per the LiUNA Local 506 Collective Agreement, in order to maintain Full-time status or to be classified as a Full-time Employee, an Employee must have worked and/or have been paid a minimum of 1,200 hours the previous calendar year.
