The Opportunity
Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the common areas of the building (lobbies, stairwells, amenity rooms)
- Thorough cleaning of vacant suites
- Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
- Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years related experience
- Customer service skills
- A pleasant demeanour
- Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc.)
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
