Location: Dorval Salary: $25 per hour Job category: Industrial Management Type of job: Permanent Schedule: 40 hours per week. Must be available during the day, evening, and night.

Tasks

  • Supervise the overall functioning of parking and commercial services, ensuring their proper daily management.
  • Lead employee operations, ensuring the maintenance, appearance, and organization of the spaces.
  • Ensure that maintenance and snow removal are performed correctly.
  • Identify necessary repairs to prevent potential risks or damages.
  • Manage the inventory of supplies required for operations (tickets, cash slips, receipts, etc.).
  • Provide support to employees during peak periods.
  • Ensure the follow-up and collection of required reports.
  • Monitor employee attendance at their posts and ensure staffing coverage according to task requirements.
  • Organize the replacement of absent employees with adequate team resources.
  • Train new employees, ensuring they master all procedures and the operation of services.
  • Write and submit required reports for the finance department.
  • Document any incidents occurring in parking areas and associated services.
  • Collect and address complaints from clients or employees, implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Proven competence in team management and supervision, with the ability to appropriately delegate responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and precision in task execution.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license (Quebec).
  • Clean driving record with the SAAQ.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, used up to 50% in daily communications.
