About the Position

We are looking for a Hospitality Services Attendant to join our dynamic Office Services team in Montréal. Candidates should possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills and be efficient, thorough and discrete. Reporting to the Manager, Hospitality Services, the successful applicant will set up and clean the various service areas and conference rooms, ensuring a consistent supply of food and beverages is maintained.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure all conference rooms and service areas are neat, clean and stocked with food, beverages and necessities
  • Load and empty dishwashers, clean appliances and fill vending machines on a daily basis
  • Order, pick up and/or serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on a regular basis and at special firm events
  • Fill in at reception as needed to cover absences and vacations
  • Process bills and credit card statements via Chrome River software
  • Perform any other duties related to the position

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or a diploma from the Quebec Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITHQ)
  • A minimum of five years of relevant customer service experience in the food industry or a professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills in French and in English *Our Montréal office represents and delivers service in Québec both to Québec-based clients and to clients that do business in Québec. The incumbent will be required to interact and produce content in both French and English, hence verbal and written proficiency in both languages is required.

  • Available for occasional overtime work
