JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare raw foodstuffs (vegetables, fruit, etc.).
• Set up food for preparation of various dishes.
• Assemble dishes, salads and sandwiches according to Première Moisson recipes.
• Cook and prepare simple dishes using appropriate techniques.
• Package food products.
• Apply quality, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards established by Première Moisson.
