Tasks

  • Safety First:
  • Carefully monitor players and dealers to detect any suspicious or irregular behavior.
  • Maintain game protection by watching for anomalies reported by dealers regarding cards or bets.
  • Verify transactions and ensure compliance with standards and procedures to preserve game integrity.
  • Assess and track performance by recording players' game history to analyze trends and ensure optimal management of card and chip inventories.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of gaming tables, ensuring compliance with procedures and equipment security.
  • Manage card and chip inventory and adjust table limits according to provided guidelines to ensure smooth operations and prevent stock shortages.
  • Clear and Smooth Communication:
  • Provide clear instructions and intervene effectively with dealers and players.
  • Handle delicate situations with tact and professionalism to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Ability to simplify complex information quickly and efficiently without wasting time.
  • Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Adopt a welcoming and professional attitude to provide a memorable experience for players.
  • Spot signs of players in distress or those spending too much time at the tables without eating and ensure responsible consumption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reinforcing their loyalty.
  • Carry out any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the gaming tables.
