Responsibilities:

Front desk reception

Manage tenant insurance files including, emails and data input in BPMS

Perform follow-ups on reference letters and requests

Market available units and adjust rents

Ensure follow-ups on various verbal or written messages

Ensure follow-ups on reception email box and update Excel file accordingly

Enter various lease information into BPMS

Carry out daily filing and archiving

Manage MSI's public folder

Prepare files for hearings at the Tribunal

Perform any other related tasks related to revenue, rental and administration's department

Experience and Educational Requirements:

One (1) year of experience in customer service

DEC (CEGEP Diploma) or equivalent experience

Technical Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of Word and Excel

Non-Technical Requirements:

Bilingualism (French and English)

Professional ethics

Sensitive to delivering quality customer service

Ability to work independently efficiently in a team environment

Availability and flexibility to work overtime
