Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members' peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Answer service calls as per tenant' requests

Perform various plumbing related jobs in buildings

Install new appliances and service plumbing systems

Ensure general maintenance of plumbing equipment

Execute all other related tasks

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Five (5) years of experience in plumbing

Technical Requirements:

Working knowledge of French language both verbal and written

Familiarity with computer / tablets is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

Good knowledge of techniques and practices in use in this line of work

Capacity to work independently and perform tasks according to best practices and established procedures

Capacity to evaluate and control work hazards and take necessary precautions.
