Boardwalk provides Canadians with a quality, comfortable, home living experience. We offer rental apartments and townhouses that come in a wide breadth of shapes, sizes and sets of amenities. We operate 33,000 units across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Quebec.

32.76$/hr + 37.57$ per working day (including vacation days) for the use of your own vehicle. An additional 1500$ is paid for being in service on rotation, minimum of 13 services per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer service calls as per tenant' requests
  • Perform various plumbing related jobs in buildings
  • Install new appliances and service plumbing systems
  • Ensure general maintenance of plumbing equipment
  • Execute all other related tasks

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience in plumbing

Technical Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of French language both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with computer / tablets is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of techniques and practices in use in this line of work
  • Capacity to work independently and perform tasks according to best practices and established procedures
  • Capacity to evaluate and control work hazards and take necessary precautions.
  • Must have valid class 5 driver's license
  • Must have vehicle
