You'll be the go-to expert, helping employees, management, unions, and the medical community collaborate seamlessly.

This role is all about prioritizing our clients—tackling challenges, championing employee well-being, and ensuring inclusivity and respect are woven into everything we do. What You'll Do:

  • Return-to-Work Facilitator: Create tailored Return-to-Work plans for employees recovering from personal or work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement based on individual needs.
  • Wellness Consultant: Guide clients through employee medical issues and health & wellness claims, from initiation to resolution, including coordinating with Long Term Disability (LTD) providers, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compliance Advisor: Support managers with personalized guidance on Return-to-Work Guidelines and Duty to Accommodate legislation, ensuring compliance while facilitating positive outcomes for all parties.
  • EFAP Advocate: Promote the Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP), ensuring that employees and their families have easy access to the mental health and counseling services they need.
  • Ergonomics Consultant: Conduct personalized ergonomic assessments and implement tailored solutions that enhance workplace safety and well-being.
  • Wellness Innovator: Collaborate with clients to design and implement health and wellness initiatives that address their specific challenges, from reducing workplace injuries to promoting mental well-being and reducing absenteeism.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice on disability management, human rights legislation, and third-party insurance processes, ensuring that all actions align with both legal requirements and the unique needs of each client.

What You'll Need:

  • Educational Background: You hold an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Health Sciences, Occupational Health, Psychology, or a related field, with a passion for making workplaces healthier and more client-focused.
  • Experience Matters: You have hands-on experience in disability management, health and wellness programs, return-to-work processes, and accommodations. You're also skilled in collaborating with unions, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals to meet your clients' needs.

Who You Are:

  • You're a compassionate professional with a client-centric approach to health and wellness. Empathy and problem-solving are your superpowers, enabling you to navigate complex situations with care and compliance. You're a continuous learner, staying ahead of trends to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions. Your attention to detail is unmatched, and you have the presentation skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
