OPER - Special Teams Admin

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with Leaders and Team Members
  • Point person when communicating with key Vendors and Accounting
  • Work with Leaders to develop new strategies to streamline processes
  • Parts Ordering (RFT, RFPO, PO requests)
  • Stock reallocation
  • CRFM creation and job completion (including Waste and Recycle for Warehouse)
  • Rebrand parts ordering - once parts are identified by SCP Coordinator, Job creation and assigning for projects, closing approved CRFM's, completing RFPOs for material not available in the Special Teams or Main Warehouse for the region
  • Project Cost tracking and reporting using various software's including BPMS, Excel, Suite Capital, and Capital Module
  • Inventory control - Allocation, receiving, ordering, min/max, for Special Teams parts
  • Administrative duties including job time tracking and cost analysis
  • Enter in-house Associate Job Time in CRFM in BPMS daily
  • Cabinet drawing and design
  • Assist all member of Special Teams as needed
  • Deal with issues that come up and track progress and costs, to ensure projects are within budget and timelines.
  • Stationary ordering, receiving for Special Teams
  • Delivery receiving for renovations parts
  • Electronic filling of team reports and Microsoft Forms
  • Weekly Reports of Special Teams progress created and distributed to Associates and Executives
  • Submission of project costs for Executive Approval (for In-House Teams projects)
  • Assist with quarterly Inventory
  • Emergency PO if schedulers are not available.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
