The primary purpose of the position is to maintain excellent standards, to ensure guest satisfaction with prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional service to all Canad Inns guests at all times. It is your role as a manager for all supporting in all aspects of operations including financial performance through meeting and exceeding revenue goals, training, and development of all departments in your area, and exceptional guest satisfaction reviews. Any individual holding a position at this level in the Canad Inns family must always and in all aspects of their responsibilities be committed to strive for the very highest customer service standards, always be proactively looking for more sales while ever searching for innovative methods of controlling costs. |
