De quelle façon aurez-vous un impact :
Vous serez responsable d'occuper le poste de représentant au service à la clientèle dans un centre d'appels et d'assurer le soutien à la gestion des bons de commande pour le personnel et les clients.
En tant que préposé au centre d'appels, vous devrez :
- Répondre au téléphone, répondre aux courriels des consommateurs et offrir de l'assistance générale aux consommateurs
- Saisir et soumettre les informations relatives à l'entretien des établissements, à la planification de l'espace et les autres demandes
- Traiter une vaste gamme de transactions de service et déceler les besoins existants ou futurs grâce aux interactions proactives
- Élaboration de rapports de base sur Microsoft Excel
À propos de vous :
- Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale et écrite)
- Excellentes manières au téléphone et une bonne écoute
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook
- Faire preuve de minutie
- L'expérience de travail préalable dans un environnement de centre d'appels est un atout
- Capacité d'offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
